Junior Musicality
Ages 6-11

Junior Musicality sessions take place at The Canolfan Gorseinon on a
Monday 5-6pm. We follow the same term dates as the schools and therefore do not hold classes during the school holidays.

Yearly membership is only £20 and all members receive a FREE Musicality polo shirt. Fees are paid termly and are £60 per term. (3 Terms per year)

 
The pupils between 6 and 11 years old are trained in all aspects of the performing arts by fully qualified Music, Dance and Drama teachers. (Please see the ‘Staff’ section of the website.

Here at Musicality, We believe that the children should above all, have fun as they learn and drama games are used to increase confidence and self esteem. All children will be taught Dance, Drama and Music as well as learning about the technical side of the theatre, which is so often overlooked.
Members of our Senior section are invited to mentor the juniors and where appropriate the juniors and older members work together in workshops and on shows. Juniors will automatically progress to our senior section when they become 11 years or old or transfer to Comprehensive School, whichever is the sooner.

 
Please note that although parents are not allowed to watch the classes, they are able to enjoy a coffee in the adjacent cafe, if they prefer not go home in between sessions.

We understand that leaving your child in the responsibility of others can be a concern for parents and therefore all Musicality staff have had fully enhanced CRB checks.
